I want to say thank you so much to the very kind gentleman who had helped me and my sons build their hi capa pistols. The Minnesota Airsoft building and customer service team has been nothing short of professional and outgoing.
My two sons had very little knowledge of this handgun platform but knew they wanted something special like they see in the Youtube videos and this is where Minnesota Airsoft took over and helped us really make something amazing!
They not only helped us pick parts that work together without issues, but they also shared a detailed description on what each part does in the system so my boys could think about what they actually wanted to add and where to spend their budgets. This was so very thoughtful and based on the detailed responses gotten, I'm sure it took quite a bit of their time too.
Never once did I question what my money was going towards after I spoke to the building team because they confirmed what we would receive would be exactly what each of my boys were aiming for and responded to all of my questions multiple times per day.
Words cannot describe how satisfied I am with the work and service provided by the Minnesota Airsoft Hicapa team. Truly great service and great products. My sons are over the moon with their new customized airsoft pistols and that makes a mom very happy.
