One of the nicest outer barrels I’ve ever held.
I love the design as well as the quality, its just awsome. It feels amazingly light and feels great. I also want to give credit to the cool packadge it came in.
Amazing product that was very lightweight and felt very sturdy, my only issue was somewhat on my part, I had the desire to shorten my outer barrel length so I purchased this one and everything, up to me actually screwing it in went fine. Until I did get there and the part that screws on to secure the outer barrel did not fit so I’m going to try to buy a longer version so It can fit my rifle (just for reference I have a lancer m4). I also purchased the phantom suppressor to go with it and both look beautiful together and apart. Highly recommend.
Not as light as some alternatives but it is super solid and has an extremely premium feel. The notch for receiver alignment is also quite large so gently tapping it into place guarantees a centered hop up. Thanks Minnesota
Completely custom internals where the only stock parts are the Cyma Platinum upper and lower receiver. The peg at the top of the barrel was too big to fit into the notch of the upper receiver. I did not notice they included shims in the packaging so I just took a dremel to the notch and peg until it fit. Cyma Platinum receiver will either require the use of the barrel nut shims, or a dremel like I did. Less than half the weight of my previous ~10mm longer aluminum outer barrel.
