Before purchasing, please understand that this is a custom product meaning we cannot accept returns for any reason other than issues declared to us and caused by our installation team within 72 hours of delivery. We thoroughly inspected this custom airsoft build for any and all flaws, both cosmetic and performance before it is packed for shipment.
High end products like this require maintenance and care beyond that of a typical airsoft replica. Expert knowledge of the platform is recommended. If this item is ever tampered with by the customer, we are not liable for any repairs or damages and will charge based upon the repair necessary. This does not include shipping damages.
This product is custom built and will be used in order to properly tune various components of this item and it may have small signs of wear accordingly. You, the owner, are responsible for any and all complications or malfunctions this product may come across once it has left our hands. We are NOT liable to any further damage caused by new owner to any of the upgrades, accessories, or gun as whole. We do not offer any warranty on this custom item nor any of the individual build components listed above. Items in this order may have cosmetic imperfections. Owner is responsible for properly handling this item upon delivery.

- We hand-selected the best materials such as genuine twill 3K carbon fiber and 7075 billet aluminum to give you the lightest, strongest, and best performing suppressor possible.
- Our engineers packed as many features into the new Gen 6 Phantom™ as possible whereas other mock suppressors are just cheap, flimsy, and easy to scratch aluminum tubes that don't even include foam!

Pre-Build vs Build it Yourself
We recommend pre-builds to anyone who wants a competition ready pistol right out of the box without worrying about part compatibility, incorrect installation, or any fitment/damage that occurs during the build process.
We recommend building for those of you who prefer a "upgrade as you go" approach, or those who want to tinker and learn the platform. Building is a blast and we suggest everyone tries it at some point!
Can I Customize a Pre-Build?
Absolutely! If you want to replace any part, just add the aftermarket replacement to the order and leave a note saying you want it added to the pre-build before it ships! If you have more complex requests, please just shoot us an email with your idea!
The Build I Want is Out of Stock!
If the pre-build you are interested in is out of stock, please shoot us an email and we'll let you know if we have the proper components to re-build that particular custom. Often times, we don't have the exact same color for one of the many parts and a simple substitute means the build is able to be completed again!

Our upgrades are properly spec'd such that they work with not only the base platform such as Tokyo Marui Hi-Capa, but also most popular upgrade brands for the platform like Airsoft Masterpiece/EDGE, NexxSpeed, Maple Leaf, and Dr.Black.
