Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and its entirety of contents. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at Sales@shopmnairsoft.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Shipping and restocking fees will apply if the return is not caused directly by our end or a defective product.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have 14 days to do this, any notice after 14 days will fall outside of our return window and we are not liable to refund the order, though, we will assist to the best of our abilities.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. All MN Airsoft Apparel is custom printed to your size and design and cannot be returned unless the shirt has a manufacturer defect such as a hole or tear. No exceptions can be made for any reason such as wanting a different color or ordering the wrong size. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
No custom builds nor assembled products may be returned even within the return window due to their custom-built nature. Damage or issues caused by use of the customer is NOT covered under a MN Airsoft warranty due to our inability to guarantee the product was used properly and proper maintenance was done.
We do not accept returns on any sale items, digital products, or services even if the service is attached to a physical product like our custom builds.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
